Australia Domestic shipping

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed upon checkout.

Orders over $99 are offered free shipping (Australia only).

International shipping

International shipping charges will vary by location and will by displayed upon checkout. See shipping options in check-out.

International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees will be the customer’s responsibility. It is recommended that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these fees may be significant and will not be calculated on our website.

Please allow extra time for delivery. This may take between 8 to 35 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the country.

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

Please note that delivery address cannot be modified once you have placed your order. Please also note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.

Tracking Orders

Once orders have been processed and dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking packages will be available directly on the carrier’s website.


Returns

YUGEN Threads has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact YUGEN Threads via our 'Contact Us' page or email us at info@yugenthreads.com.au. Please provide us with the reason of return in the comments/notes section on our 'Contact Us' page or in your email.

If your return is accepted, YUGEN Threads will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to YUGEN Threads without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that you must pay for the return postage/shipping fee. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact YUGEN Threads immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

The best way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

YUGEN Threads will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
